  • very nice vids, keep up the good work

  • AMAZING VIDEOS SAW EVERY SINGLE ONE!

  • Francesco Di Cosmo sent me here :P

  • @dexismynickname me too!

  • @dexismynickname SAME XD

  • I'm really impressed with this entire series in general; by providing a strong foundation about the basics (symbols, units, and detailed descriptions of relationships/distinctions between similar concepts), and then continuing to apply this basic knowledge to a variety of scenarios in a precise and methodological way, you've created a concise, logical and systematic approach to understanding the material and solving problems. Mad respect bro

  • you are going to make me ace my final.. which is hard at the u of illinois

  • Nice vid:) When do you lean this in USA? I'm from Poland and i learned that in 8th class.

  • very bad.... VERY BAD. not even close.. this way you present the 1st law is like 6 years old

  • have used at least 5 of your playlists this quarter to study for physics, really appreciate your time and will donate when i get the chance. thanks!

  • he repeats himself like 50 times

  • love it!!:)

  • nerD convo ... love it :D

  • Do all scientists belive in this law??? Eternal energy never created or destroyed. only transfered...

  • @jesterman0488

    Laws aren't "believed", they're facts.

  • @wretcherwretch then why do a lot of scientist ignore the fact that energy is transfered/transformed and eternal, from a source, when talking about "the big bang theory"... they say "it came from nothing and became something" know what i mean? Even Richard Dawkins says "no one really knows how the big bang theory happened".

  • @jesterman0488

You just contradicted yourself. "Nothing became something" or "No one knows".

HUGE difference. Scientists say the latter, creationists and other ignoramuses say the former. Scientists don't "ignore the fact" of anything, they simply understand the logic behind all of those facts better than you do, and you're not bothering to think about it.

  • @wretcherwretch I like science, i like to know how things work and why. But there still is know logical explanation or proof of "the big bang" theory happening because the 1st law of thermodynamics goes against it...

  • @jesterman0488

No, that's wrong, again. I already told you that the big bang does not claim to produce something from nothing. Read what I said again.

  • @wretcherwretch Kinda weird how humans have to make everything facts and need an explenation, when u take a step back and think about it. Things just are. Im the same and im not talking against u, just a thought. Its pretty strange...

  • @MurdocLC

Indeed, we do have an internal drive to explain things. It's why we invented things like Zeus to explain lightning. : )

  • @wretcherwretch Exactly. I do love sience but its funny when u look at it how we break down every single thing that excists and make it figures and math.

  • @MurdocLC

Well, the figures and math are a language we superimpose upon our surroundings. Remember that they don't exist a priori, or in and of themselves. We created the languages of math and logic as standards by which to evaluate what would otherwise be completely incomprehensible surroundings. That's why scientists are empiricists; depart from these standards, and you can state anything, but your claims will all be baseless.

  • what a cunt lol

  • If you make the video using the resource of the school or institution....then it is ultimately problematic. Competition creates innovation that is constantly surpassing us. That is the problem.

  • @TutorSAT what a hater you are tutorSAT ! BTW I saw your videos and they suck so bad no wonder you get no views! And you are using illegal resources so your videos will be pulled u ugly fatso. Tutor SAT (or should I say self proclaimed loser king of physics) get a life. Freelanceteach RULES !!!

  • If we use the internal energy of the heat supplied will be transformed to work, but not 100% clear by the 2nd law of thermodynamics does not allow it, such that the Carnot thermal efficiency is 50%

    Now

    ΔU = ΔQ - ΔW

The total heat supplied is equal to what lies within less than is spent at work, osea internal heat is being turned into work.

    Heat = Energy

Energy is not created or destroyed only transformed.

  • master

ΔU = ΔQ - ΔW ----> correctly in the first law of thermodynamics.

Since some heat abosorve system and the total storage would be

ΔU = ΔQ -> With no work.

  • @UnFisicoMatematico

the correct formula for the first law is ΔU=q+w! ΔQ is not the correct way to write heat.just heat=q and work=w.

there was an explanation for that in Atkins' physical chemistry...

  • i think he is relating the material in a way that the student he is tutoring was taught by their physics teacher, so as not to confuse them.

  • the vedio was really very helpful...........very clear n understandable!!!

  • The difference between the way you teach and the way my Physics professor teaches is that you actually EXPLAIN things....novel approach! I wish he'd try that. Thank you so much for sharing this. I can actually understand everything. It is helping me so much this semester! Wish I'd known about this site last semester.

  • wow, very clear and concise, and exactly what i was looking for

  • i wish u were my teacher

  • good. the textbook i use refers to delta U as delta H.

  • Awesome video! REALLY cleared some things up for me in Chemistry. Thank you!
