I use this defense for pretty much all the teams that I select, its also very good with keeping pressure on the shooters are not allowing them to shoot a high percentage.

wait the two biggest? than that means that you got to put your 4 and 5 beneath the basket not your small forward.Usually power forwards are taller and bigger than small forwards.but thanks for that .I usually play 1-3-1 zone in my nba live 09 for ps3 ,but with your help I'll make it even better !thanks!

the 1-3-1 is easy 2 attack all u gotta do is go 2 da inside all day and just do a pick and roll

Yup dis Defense is probably the best, but it is also probably the most energy consuming 2 cuz u gotta run evrywhere.

this defence is one of the best and hardest to run, wvu used it really nice against clemson in the nit game...now i got to go out and get this game...i only have march madness 06 >< its kinda hard to run the 1-3-1 in that game

I've been running the 1-3-1 in the PS2 version, and I have to say it works really well.

i use that alot in crunch situations near the end of the game so it doesnt give the other team much time to adjust.
