I got a photo and 2 bricks from the front of the BLDG.... and pics of the last part of a small wall that remained... so sad.... Proud to be and alumni of Taylor Center Class of 1978! GO RAMS!
My favorite part is the picture at :20 before the nasty window redo. It was good to see it how it was. Thank you for putting this video together for all of us alumni to reminisce.
@Airb1974 So, someone actually made those windows look like that? What the world were they thinking. The glass on the front of the building looked much better than the white windows with teal surrounds...wow.
Well, it's May 19, 2011. Taylor Center is no more. I stood and watched as the smoke stack fell. Remember all the good times, remember all the wonderful people. Class of 1983~! Kathy King (Mahon)

I was by the school for the last couple days and I really feel sick/ill. A sadness that is deep inside. A loss. I know that sounds silly but I will miss that old school sitting on Wick Road.
Yes, Taylor Center is in the process of the demo. I saw it today. Lots of people there reminiscing about locker locations and what nots. So if you want to see it before it is all gone, you best get on over there and get a brick. I got mine. May 14, 2011.
