There's something like this on GTA san andreas. If you go to a certain place, there's a person standing near the edge of a small cliff with a camera. They take a few pictures then walk off the edge of the cliff and drown in the water below.

He's a little west of Los Santos. Go to the south-west exit of Los Santos near the south beach and cross the bridge there. Make a left after you cross that bridge and stop when the road curves. There should be a fenced in area on one side of the street and the small cliff should be on the other side. The person stands on that little area, but he's not always there. If he is, you can sometimes get a camera when you kill him. If you do kill him, he'll respawn when you look away.
