He said that the demonstrators have to take care of security and do not plunder or rob and they have to know that even if there might be no police surely Allah sees them. And in his view the ones who rob or plunder are troublemakers who seem to be part of the demonstrating mass, however they are not (he may mean that the regime sent them for different reasons)

The other main point is that he is supporting the Egyptian people and he asks Allah that He gives them victory.
