In siberia population dencity very low . I know it cause i live here. And to build bridges in some places almost impossible. That to build good roads and bridges you need a people, special techincs and money. Who will give it in siberia?Goverment ? They don't care with similar trifles
Только в России может быть такой идиотизм, возят брёвна каждый раз через реку, когда можно из этих же брёвен прекрасный мост сколотить и не париться вообще! Позоримся такими кадрами.
They not only need balls, they need a lot of experience and skills to handle these trucks in water. I guess they learned offroad driving with load in the army.
I used to drive Ural back in my younger days when I was is service, and I hauled 155 mm cannon behind as well with ammo boxes, I tell you just was powerful truck but would not performe well in dessert at all, still I liked though.
absolutely impossible by any European Truck ! I drove all european off road trucks like merc, volvo, scania etc on construction sites on some mud and it getting stock.
That looks like so much fun to me!!! I am a west coast usa log truck driver and I'd rather be working with you!! And what is URAL? Your word for awesome or crazy or way of thinking? I like it!!
There the mountain river if to construct the bridge that it will stay years 5-7, will wash away coast further and the bridge will fail. And there only carried 2 trucks of wood, hardly to forward 2 trucks, it would be required to build the bridge.
Because they are logging. You go off roads and familiar trails deep into woods. Often you have to make trails as you go. You won't find bridges anywhere in a forest, unless they're made of wood, in which case they are liable to be carried away by a seasonal flood.

@MrGgk007 Yeah I wouldn't think a truck designed to work in Russia would do well in a hot and sandy environment.

This is Siberia, do you know that everything in Siberia is built on perma-frost?
Do you know that your bridge would sail down the river on the very next spring?

@Shakazoulu yes, german people in 40's try to go there by their trucks and tanks, we all remember this :D

@Treetop64 It's a logging trail not a permanent highway. With trucks like these, why build a bridge?
