does anyone know the music part in the earliest section of the clip? All the cars are good generally speaking, but for service network and cost of parts, Maruti wins. This is an important factor.

How do owners of other cars feel about spares and service?

IMHO, The only things that the Ford has an edge over the Ritz in the Handling, Interior Quality and overall feel.

The Ritz engine is a gem, the interiors are much much improved than previous marutis too...If they could have just tweaked the steering/suspension to make it slightly more sporting, it would have been a CLASS BEATER!

Also, Ford had gotten hungry after tasting blood. They've raised prices just as they started tasting success, which in my books is the worst strategy ever. Bhukkadness.

Ritz is a bad car its back is very bad.body roll occurs,ritz is less comfort. poor suspension.the side is very poor looks.the quality of parts are poor.small wheelbase compared to ford figo it doesnot gives comfort when turning not oniy this it as less stability,poor handling .ritz ldi and vdi has small tyres 165 r14 it gives less stability on roads when sudden braking if it is rain the car accident may be occur.it as no good features for its price .no boot space

@TheJithinlal Bodyroll? Less comfortable than a Figo? Did you even sit in a Ritz and maybe even drive it around? IMO there are a very few tallboys around that can run so well planted on the roads at 100k+ speeds. As for the sudden braking, the ZXi variant comes with ABS, and rear power windows, that are sorely lacking on the top model of the Figo... and as for the looks, the Figo ain't no stunner on its own.

There can't be a worse review than this , looks more like a travel video then a car review video . When reviewers across the world are spending time on testing every bit of a technical spec , jokers in india are busy boosting their selection of top 9 cars and travel ideas :)

You are mostly right, but this is not about the review, the review was a personal experience of reviewers themselves, this video just presents the results. And if you look it like that, this is a great presentation.
