Benny Hill definitely has the upper hand when compared to Monty Python. The man was simply a genius. I can watch his sketches for hours on end. They never get old and are still as fresh today as they were 35 years ago. Absolutely love that "salute" he does. I think his all time favorites were "Butch Cafferty & The Fundance Kid" and "A Tribute To The Lower Tidmarsh Volunteer Fire Brigade". Those two sketches definitely reflect Benny Hill at his finest.

Benny Hill is One of the Greatest sit-com Comedians in TV History. His universal slapstick revived the best of Charley Chaplin, Laurel and Hardy the Three Stooges. The burlesque was his theme, and his show was filled with a -Jackie Gleason-like-style of song and Dance. Thus we ALL will forever miss Benny Hill.
