Wonderful set of videos. I have an X5, and I have dusted it off and started on the program again, after a long hiatus. I cannot begin to fathom how much nicer the new equipment actually is, and it is definitely on my short list.
What's really nice is the training aspects of it. I have a better understanding of how it works now, and am beginning to appreciate it more. I am also seeing results in 2 weeks, but still have a long way to go. Thank you for the videos.
