You have to do things by the book. If you don't, these things happen. Stuff like this happens everyday in construction and other types of jobs where people decide they're smater than the individuals that designed the equipment and systems. They decide that they're going to do it "their way." Very smart people designed and tested that airplane, and when they say to remove the engines in a certain manner, then that is the way you better do it. Safety first.

I'll never fly American Airlines ever since I was a kid and I never will fly AA, they killed these people and then ripped their families up in court and blamed Douglas - They helped kill that company.
