I used Windows Movie Maker. I just looked for some images and tried to synch their transitions with the music.

But honestly, there are waaay better programs out there. You can do better! ;)

Has a really cinematic feel, like the end of an anime when the credits are rolling and the still images float gently by, reminding you of the previous episodes and those to come. Some great transitions!
