Nothing, the police like to make people believe that raves is a cesspool of drugabuse, vandalism, rape etc which is bullshit.
As said, only 3 people were arrested, if all of them was obviously affected by drugs they would have arrested all of them.

Interesting. I just read an article in a recent "Economist" mag, which criticized the US cops for property seizure involving illegal activity. I heard the above cop say that they were coming away with a lot of (confiscated?) equipment. If I were Queen of the Earth and could make up my own rules, I'd say that cops were only allowed to inhibit HARMFUL activity, such as violence or theft, but otherwise leave well enough alone. The real issue here is safety, and health, not criminal behaviour!
