Yeah RIGHT!! It takes me over 30 minutes to replace a tube because the tyre is so tight inside the rim. I did one today and snapped a tyre lever. Any tips on how to get the tyre off when it's extremely tight inside the frame????
@matthewtchernev123 For a road bike yes. 120 psi depending on your weight. Not for a mountain bike. You're going to get pinch flats running 40 to 60 psi on a road bike.
I ride 120 psi, and I really like it, but someone who weighs 130-175 or so may run it with less PSI. Naturally, you'll want to do what makes your ride most comfortable for you.
@matthewtchernev123 i have a trek 7.3fx and i ride at 80 psi on cold days and 65 on hot. no flat yet. bontrager all weather triple flat protection works after 436 miles :)
Well produced but the music was a bit hot. In a perfect world...MAYBE but no way will a new tire go on that easily. Might as well just said "put tire on."

the "changing a road bike tire" video does it keeping the actual tire still on the rim..this way looks a little easier.

Obviously not how you'd do it in a race, but these seem like good bike shop Quality Control procedures.
