Why do they make HBV seem to be so easily transmitted? Overall it's transmitted by coming into contact with blood, semen, and vaginal secretions. HBV virus is BIG and can't pass trough skin.

In case of saliva it seems that you can be infected only if there's some cut in your mouth. It's a lot easier to caught flue then HBV.
