@banosd yea...Ken and Len have done a great job with the new ballpark pics. Esp the ones from the 1800's. I've even upgraded the modern ballpark pics Strat gave with the game with some of theirs.
@banosd how do u get the card displays? I usually like to make my stadium as big on the screen as possible...so I am always messing with the layout. But I would like to maybe add the cards.
I think the 20 ft. tall pitcher and batter kills a lot of the realism; they're clearly trying for some realism or they would omit the animation altogether. if you're going to do it, do it right. You can get away with the ball being a little over sized....but Godzilla on the mound VS Rodan should be fixed. The ball animation should be better too----it's 2011,not 1991... the image of a ball sliding across the screen should be replaced with a projectile actually 'flying' through the air.
I agree, I will be posting a gamecast playing the new version soon and maybe even demonstrate the ballpark editor during the game

I made the ballparks small because the resolutions were bad but there are better ones available now

The action graphics are very elementary but this is an adaptation of a board game. Most seasoned players are concerned more with realistic results

You mean the desktop icon? Find SomBB.exe, right click to make shortcut and right click that and send it to the desktop
