WAY too fast. You're looking for the first drops to appear after about five seconds of running the pump, and 25-30 seconds in total for the double. Grind and tamp can be experimented with until that's the case.
That shot looked way too fast with very little crema. Get yourself a decent grinder and some freshly roasted beans, you'll be amazed at the difference. There's really no point in having the Gaggia Classic if you're just going to use horrible old pre-grounded gunk.

the grind was probably too coarse
try with a finer grind, should get a better result ;)

as said before that shot came out way too fast. You need fresh beans with a good burr grinder.
