I remember as a kid I played this game and I thought the villain was actually a good guy. Then I got to the Rainbow Palace many years later (I used cheats because getting the cards is hard) and then discovered I was played for a fool. He only posed as a good guy so he could get the Omni Cube.

Ironic how in the title screen opening, this specific grid map is there with the red laser firing at bomberman and yet Sirius is the one who saves him during that little thing. Later on you find out that this is, in fact, the map of the final battle with Sirius.

I remember playing this game in middle school. I never did get to the rainbow palace. It's quite ironic that Sirius is the name of the alpha star in the Canis Major constellation, but he can transform into a bird/jet, which falls in line with Aquilla the Eagle, whose alpha star is Altair. But it's still a great game, noe the less. Unfortunately, I do not own it. I only borrowed it at Randalls when they letyou rent games and movies.
