As for Yahoo using it, I think the "anyone else can use it" clause only comes if the subsequent user doesn't profit from it at all. With Yahoo being media, it'll probably profit just by showing it. This video disturbs me on some levels. Of course the penguins are cute as they scurry after the butterfly, but they're incarcerated for their entire lives in an area .01% the size of the range they utilize in their normal habitat, adding insult to injury, they must endure a climate and water temperatures higher than their bodies have evolved to endure.

It's like a penquin Guantanomo Bay.

@superbutter Humbolt Penguins live in Chile dude. The climate in Chile is not to far off from what they would deal with in captivity. If they had Adele of Emperor penguins outside like this then the climate would be an issue. Water temperature is pretty easy to control, especially with the kind of money zoos and aquariums have to throw around.

The space issue though is perturbing. Penguins are far and above my favorite animal and the need a TON of space.
