  • Your form is terrible...use less weight. The barbell should be traveling on a vertical plane. You're forward lean is almost non existent, which is why the barbell is sliding down your thighs

  • 250+ lbs? HOT DAMN MATTY!

    You only have to lift up to above your navel, not to yoiur lower chest, correct? (form question, sry)
