They take out some stuff for a reason. You know, if it doesn't fit, or it doesn't work, etc. It kinda sucks because Nintendo wanted TP to look awesome but had to take some stuff out. But still is an epic game :)

Why is it just that we often thing that the beta version would have been coler than the real one

Because the prerelease versions offer the unknown! Even if the finished product is far superior, old trailers like this suggest new enemies, locations, etc. for a beloved game.

Of course, these elements which were removed or changed were probably were changed for good reason. :)

I think in the case of n64 games the betas almost everytime looked worse.

its mostly kids and people with a different 'taste' liking the betas more (not saying they aren't interesting to see, though).
