I've had this happen recently wow. I was laying in my bed sleep, and all of a sudden I'm awake but can't move feeling someone poking mi hard in my neck, not a good feeling at all. I'm faced towards my hubby and I'm looking at him. All of a sudden i see his head lift up and start shaking out of control screaming with a demonic voice. It scared the hell out of me omg i started to scream and my hubby heard And woke Me up mmm that shit was hella crazy. But Yes ppl saying Jesus really does work.

I had i similar experience, I went into sleep paralysis and I couldn't move or breathe my eyes were open just a crack and i saw the same figure but it looked like death !!!(Grim Reaper sort of thing!) It was black and big, and it was coming towards me!!! I was so scared! And I tried to wake up, trying to shake and wake my self up. I was so upset and scared, even though i knew i was dreaming.And as soon as it reached my bed I woke up.Demons! How scary!

WOW! crazy i came across this. one day, i was sitting down with my mom and sisters and we were talking about this. and my sis was saying how its happened to her before. and my mom said that many people refer to it as "the devil is riding you." pretty scarry stuff huh? they were saying some other stuff but i was hung up on the last part. from what i got, you should say your prayers and stay focused on GOD and youll come out of it.

I had an MRI as well as an EEG.....so after going to have these tests done and still not having an answer or legitimate cause for these "episodes" , my neurologist had me go to the Epilepsy Monitoring Unit at the hospital. Long story short, these doctors told me I was not having actual seizures. they tried to tell me I was having "Hypnogogic Hallucinations" They need to buy a clue

When I used to to attend church, I heard stories like this where the devil, or devilish things try to 'lead people into temptation' and then, usually by doing something or saying something simple related to "god", the crisis is resolved.
ive had this same thing happen to me.. i was sleep in my bed laying on my back then all of sudden something is holding me down i couldnt move a muscle i was scared my eyes were sealed shut and i almost couldnt breath. i tried my hardest to move but i couldnt and i couldnt see what was holding me down and i couldnt scream for help. i just had to wait until the next morning.

He goes back to sleep when it happens. i have never experienced it personally.
