@gojaysgo2008 yah TPS really need one,cause after police chases or B&Es or any type of police incident, the Toronto police service will set up perimeters and wait for K9 to arrive to sniff the scent a helicopter will be so much more easier to find the suspects

You know what I Think YORK & DURHAM POLICE SERVICES JUST USE CHOPPERS TO FOOL AROUND WITH AND WASTE THERE MONEY..........THE TORONTO POLICE SERVICES IS PROBABLY SAVING MONEY AND LATER ON PLANNING TO BUY A HELICOPTER AND FOR THE TORONTO FIRE SERVICES THERE PROBABLY DOING THE SAME!?!!???

@gojaysgo2008 RCMP Has over 50 AircraftS & OPP Has 2 Helicopters & 11 Planes.....York & durham Has one...They should give a Helicopter to The (TPS) Toronto Police Services..... TPS Needs it more than York, Cities Police Services Like The Calgary Police Service, Edmonton Police Service, Vancouver Police Department....These Highly Populated & Large Metro and City Area's Have Police Helicopters But with the pop. of ~ 3 million people in Downtown Toronto......TORONTO POLICE NEEDS A HELICOPTER NOW!

Probably a police chase, the news never talk about police chase in the news wonder why? i seen like 2 police chases near my elementary school in leslie they were all called off due they were near a school zone

Toronto PD coud use these helicopters better than York Region, but york just has more money to spend than the toronto police force does. York doesnt need these at all, they just use them for fun, they tally what they use and what they dont use at the end of the year to cut their spendings so they bring out these copters to put in that they actually use them. lmfaoo

theres no way thats a 206. We have the same kind of helicopter in my town. Thats the wining sound from the shrouded tail rotor on the EC120

@jrz30 they used it like 10 years, Toronto police desperately need one now for real, a K-9 Unit is useful but way to many times the scene gets contaminated or the suspects have gotten away before a perimeter was setten up, i know TPS do a good job with perimeters and waiting for a K-9 i remember listening to a call for a home invasion like a couple of days ago The ETF officers cleared the house and discovered the suspects already gotten they had 33 and 42 setting up perimeters

they probably circle there due to a search or a traffic patrol thats why they have their spotlight on....by they way that helicopter is a Eurocopter EC120

@BMXStatus302 i bet the York Region police officers are flying it around to make Toronto Police mad cause they don't have a chopper, Toronto has a much higher homicide and crime rate then York and they have a chopper,

they fly almost every night around about 2-4 am at night. i wonder what the hell do they observe there? They fly somewhere around yonge and clark or center, i think. i don't think there is anything of importance there, except for the royfoss and ford dealership. maybe that is the target?
