What's ironic is that the best way to beat Randy is to stay close to him so he doesn't try that dashing attack. He mostly does slow easy to dodge swings when you're close. Just watch out for the spinning move he occasionally does.

Here is a helpful trick to defeating him, if you shoot him in the testes when he is fondling the chainsaw or when he is hyperventilating he starts crying and can not move for a couple seconds.
