@onehitkill I've owned two AR's both started having catastrophic jams after about 1,000 to 1,500 rounds. Have friends that had the same problem numerous times. And I've seen dozens upon dozens of them go done at classes. I'm not going to risk my life on an unreliable weapon. The problem is that most people don't actually use their rifles enough under hard conditions to see if they will malfunction. Not knocking AR's just telling my experience with them.
@SurvivalReport nice to know! does the AK have that kind of problem after a certain ammount of rounds? and i was looking to sell my AR to get an AK, so what brand is the best?? alot of shops in my area sell norinco or wasr. are thos any good?
thatnks for taking the time to read and reply to my comments!
@onehitkill My original Polytech has close to 30,000 rounds through it and never had any problems. I'm biased towards the Chinese ones because of 20+ years experience with them, however the Arsenals are nice as well. WASR's are hit and miss. Their was just a great discussion about this on the weapons forum at SurvivalandPreparedness DOTCOM. Good luck!
Agreed 100% Not easy to get, takes patience but does develop your awareness in my opinion. I'm gonna have to check out your site. You were very 'politically correct' which I have found I've had to be myself also lately with nearly 6,000 subs myself... Keep up the awesome job guys, glad I subscribed to this! :-)
@TeamWuJin Less "controversial" and less opsec issues just teaching about homesteading. Yet defensive issues are an important part of survival.
Opsec issues relate also to why we haven't done a pile of PUBLIC videos on defensive skills. Even when we have done classes, 95% of them have been private classes for this reason.
Why did your glock not lock the slide to the rear after the last shot?

What's the advantage or disadvantage of aiming and firing the handgun with your arm fully extended vs with a slight bend at the elbow?

@HigherPlanes You can shoot any number of ways. Never say always, never say never.
