I was there that day with my friends,and this video is about 1/8 of what really happened ,
B4 the video even started the guy had been walking around talking to random people in the park,l8r the police wrestled him (as seen on the video) until they called another set of police cars and 9 guys ended up forcing him onto a stretcher and tying him up.
Plus the guy had been knocked down and had his face pushed to the ground. tazor, 1vs9 wrestling session, stretcher = some what brutal!
