Just wanted to say this was the first time I watched Bonky, a little to late, but what a beautiful cat. A beautiful furry child, which is what I call my furry kids, cats and dogs. I've lost 2 of my furry dog kids just over a year ago, but still have my old furry child cat and now have a new kitten. You are truely great animal lovers!

I'm one of those people who found Bonky's videos at my lowest point. He looked like such a sweet, sweet kitten and watching him play and explore the world around him and making you all laugh...it helped me. I'm crying right now, writing, this but it's because I know that my words cannot express my sorrow and my gratitude to you. I would love to one day get a Scottish Fold and name him Bonky. My cat died when i was younger. We found her the same way you found bonky. It was very sad. We all cried. I know how you feel. Cats are great pets. They bring great joy to our lives. Im sorry for your loss. Bonky will live on in our hearts forever
i know how you feel, my grandpas dog rex died and i found out 2 weeks after he passed, at my cousin's birthday party, i instantly started to cry, he was my best friend.

Losing a loved one (human, or beloved pet) is never easy. I lost my first pet last year. She was a manx and was about... Fourteen or fifteen years old, and I balled like a baby. But after it all, I realized that she was in a better place than with us on earth. And I remember the good things. Like how she chased deer all over our yard. Then proceeded to get chased back. XD I have a feeling that if our cats met in kitty heaven, Bonky would drive Sammy... well, bonkers. <3

I can just tell you that losing a furry friend is just as hard (for me personally, harder) than losing a human loved one. I was just searching cute kitten videos and this adorable scottish fold popped up and i just HAD to watch him. he is by far one of the most adorable I have ever seen, and being a rescuer, i have seen many ;-) I'm terribly sorry for your loss and I hope you guys have been able to welcome a new love in to your lives. the hurt never goes away, but does get easier. xxoobonk

Bonky was like a son to you, wasn't he? I think that's beautiful. I wish you all the best and hope that one day you can get another one as good as he was. I don't know yet how he touched so many lives, but I'll be watching videos of him every day to find out.
@SandersonCallum that happened to me right after my family had to give one of our girl dogs who were fighting away but all that happened was she looked at me, wagged her tail ,then walked through the wall, and when i looked if she was on the other side she was gone. it helped a lot because i diddnt say good bye and it was like she was doing it for me.

I only came across your Bonk videos today, and I was sad to find the 'remembrance' video on the same day that I found the Bonk videos. I am sorry for your loss. I know what it's like to lose a pet, having my dog mysteriously pass away on us while we were on vacation, having my cat disappear, and having to say goodbye to my two other dogs. We took in a now-year-old stray cat from my mom's work last January, and she's the same color as Bonk, so I will always think of Bonk now when I look at her.
It's true. I watched videos of Bonkbonkbonkbonk when I was depressed, away from home, and really missing my own cats. It really made my days, every time I watched it. :) Thank you for sharing bonk with the world. I know it made my world a little bit brighter. :)

VanaAwesome, you are truly awesome for sharing Bonky with the world. We recently lost one of our kittens, Smokey, who was four months old, to being stepped on with a big boot and a careless person. We loved him, and we LOVED and still love Bonky. He is an angel kitty now.
this video also made me cry but with joy. oh and you said you had never lost a close family memeber and you thought that'd be worse, and yes in some ways it is but in other ways pets are so much harder to loose, for reasons such as my cat just gave me, I was crying and he turned around, noticed and meowed at me and huggled into me started purring :)

I didn't discover Bonky's videos until about a week ago, when I was really upset and away from home. Without my own cats by my side, I decided to look up cute videos of kittens on YouTube, because cute animals in general always make me feel better. I came across his I are Even Cuter Kitten! video and was immediately a fan, and so sad to learn that he died. They're not just animals, they're members of your family and it's hard when they die, it hurts. But thanks for sharing Bonky with us c:
Man, am I late. It's been nearly two months now, it appears, since Bonky has left us and I just want to say that I am so sorry, my heart goes out to both of you. It's hard to lose a pet, especially so young. I had two Boston Terriers and the male, Freddy, ended up with cancer at the age of 4. We still have the female, thank goodness, but it's always disillusioning to lose someone we care about very much. Bonky touched all our lives, he was truly a great cat. :) Thanks so much for the vids. :)
We will always be here waiting for when it's time to start a new story with a new member of your fuzzy family! His spirit will live on in our memories and love to you all!
It's good to see you guys again. I can see how difficult it has been for you. So many people miss Bonky and I am one of them. I always thought I was a dog person and never really cared for a cat UNTIL I saw Bonky ! All of a sudden, I wanted a cat ! He was so special. I think all kittens are cute, but Bonky was more than that. I adored his human like quality and just loved seeing a beautiful bond between you and Bonky. My Alex saw me through every good and bad thing that happened between being a pre-teen and a woman in my late 20s, including the end of my engagement to my common-law partner, and the extreme anemia I suffered from afterward. You've convinced me, with this series dedicated to Bonky, that even if it takes a long time to be ready again, I will actually have another cat in the future.
Awww...thanks for putting up more Bonky videos.Again so sorry about your unexpected loss :-( I can tell you were very blessed in having him though & he was a very blessed cat to have had "parents" that loved & took such good care of him :-) One note from someone that has had & loved many cats for almost 55yrs.Some of my cats were very special & unique like Bonky & they can of course NEVER be replaced, but please consider someday before "too" long getting another to help heal your heart.God bless
I just found Bonky's videos today on Youtube. I watched over half of them, then happened to see the one about him passing. It almost moved me to tears; For that matter, my eyes are still watering. I'm very sorry about Bonky. He definitely made my day today, and my heart goes out to you both for your loss of him.
An amazing life is often shortlived, especially for a pet. My dad once had an amazing dog comparable to bonky, and he died of heart cancer at age 4. :( its so sad but it just goes like that. he was more loved in 2 years than some cats are in a lifetime! He was lucky <3

You mentioned you've never lost a close family member and that you assume it must be harder than this--but I must tell you, out of all the family members I've lost, losing my Blackie was the worst experience I've ever had and I even had prior notice to his passing. I can't imagine what it would be like to expect to come home and see a happy kitty, and have something so awful happen instead.

Yeah. When ever I needed a good laugh I would always watch Bonky do his thing that he does best. Being just cutest and funniest little kitty on youtube. I'm consitering myself lucky that I tumbled across "I are even cuter kitten". If I didn't that I don't know what I would do. He's probably looking down on you guys and while smiling, he's probably like "yep, that was my family and I love them, and am very proud of them."
Please tell me what Bonky died from. I had 2, bought from a breeder, had to put 1 down from Kidney failure. He was only 2 yrs. The other Was a replacement because my 1st one died. I had paid 300.00 for him, for a pet only.No breeding.Since I worked for a Vet. My 1st fold, she wanted his heart, because she told me that this was the 1st time it had ever happened. I'm so sorry, Folds are special & different. I miss them both.
we plan on getting another animal into our household soon, maybe a kitten or puppy, but i am vowing to name our next family member bonk, not just in memory of your beloved friend but also because i just thought it was one of the coolest names ever

bonky will never be completely forgotten, not only because of the videos but also because the people who watched him will remember a cute fuzzy little kitten that walks in the most adorable way :)
Good to hear from you guys. You know what I've got out this video? It helps restore my belief that people are good. We hear so much about bad things happening but hearing you got so much support from strangers makes me feel we really are surrounded by love. Bonky has made me laugh, smile, tear up and go aww. I will always love Bonky like one of my own kitties. And don't feel bad we don't mind your face lol I will also always love how cute he walks!!! :D
They can fairly leave a gap when they're gone. The family cat died several weeks ago, she was almost 19, and her death has left a gap in the family.
They end up meaning more than we ever realise.

@SandersonCallum that happened to me right after my family had to give one of our girl dogs who were fighting away but all that happened was she looked at me, wagged her tail ,then walked through the wall, and when i looked if she was on the other side she was gone. it helped a lot because i diddnt say good bye and it was like she was doing it for me.

I only came across your Bonk videos today, and I was sad to find the 'remembrance' video on the same day that I found the Bonk videos. I am sorry for your loss. I know what it's like to lose a pet, having my dog mysteriously pass away on us while we were on vacation, having my cat disappear, and having to say goodbye to my two other dogs. We took in a now-year-old stray cat from my mom's work last January, and she's the same color as Bonk, so I will always think of Bonk now when I look at her.

It's true. I watched videos of Bonkbonkbonkbonk when I was depressed, away from home, and really missing my own cats. It really made my days, every time I watched it. :) Thank you for sharing bonk with the world. I know it made my world a little bit brighter. :)

He is doing a little better and eating small meals and gained a pound and is now 7.4 pounds. I give Sub Q fluids every day. VanaAwesome, you are truly awesome for sharing Bonky with the world. We recently lost one of our kittens, Smokey, who was four months old, to being stepped on with a big boot and a careless person. We loved him, and we LOVED and still love Bonky. He is an angel kitty now.

this video also made me cry but with joy. oh and you said you had never lost a close family memeber and you thought that'd be worse, and yes in some ways it is but in other ways pets are so much harder to loose, for reasons such as my cat just gave me, I was crying and he turned around, noticed and meowed at me and huggled into me started purring :)

I didn't discover Bonky's videos until about a week ago, when I was really upset and away from home. Without my own cats by my side, I decided to look up cute videos of kittens on YouTube, because cute animals in general always make me feel better. I came across his I are Even Cuter Kitten! video and was immediately a fan, and so sad to learn that he died. They're not just animals, they're members of your family and it's hard when they die, it hurts. But thanks for sharing Bonky with us c:

Man, am I late. It's been nearly two months now, it appears, since Bonky has left us and I just want to say that I am so sorry, my heart goes out to both of you. It's hard to lose a pet, especially so young. I had two Boston Terriers and the male, Freddy, ended up with cancer at the age of 4. We still have the female, thank goodness, but it's always disillusioning to lose someone we care about very much. Bonky touched all our lives, he was truly a great cat. :) Thanks so much for the vids. :)

It's good to see you guys again. I can see how difficult it has been for you. So many people miss Bonky and I am one of them. I always thought I was a dog person and never really cared for a cat UNTIL I saw Bonky ! All of a sudden, I wanted a cat ! He was so special. I think all kittens are cute, but Bonky was more than that. I adored his human like quality and just loved seeing a beautiful bond between you and Bonky. I'm so excited to see more footages of Bonky ! I really miss Bonky.....

My Alex saw me through every good and bad thing that happened between being a pre-teen and a woman in my late 20s, including the end of my engagement to my common-law partner, and the extreme anemia I suffered from afterward. You've convinced me, with this series dedicated to Bonky, that even if it takes a long time to be ready again, I will actually have another cat in the future.

Awww...thanks for putting up more Bonky videos.Again so sorry about your unexpected loss :-( I can tell you were very blessed in having him though & he was a very blessed cat to have had "parents" that loved & took such good care of him :-) One note from someone that has had & loved many cats for almost 55yrs.Some of my cats were very special & unique like Bonky & they can of course NEVER be replaced, but please consider someday before "too" long getting another to help heal your heart.God bless

I just found Bonky's videos today on Youtube. I watched over half of them, then happened to see the one about him passing. It almost moved me to tears; For that matter, my eyes are still watering. I'm very sorry about Bonky. He definitely made my day today, and my heart goes out to you both for your loss of him.

An amazing life is often shortlived, especially for a pet. My dad once had an amazing dog comparable to bonky, and he died of heart cancer at age 4. :( its so sad but it just goes like that. he was more loved in 2 years than some cats are in a lifetime! He was lucky <3

Hi, guys. I hadn't checked up on new Bonky videos for a long while, and to say I was dismayed to learn of his passing is putting it mildly. Hang in there - time will heal and happiness will return. As for Bx4 himself, he had an incredible amount of life in his days, and he made scores of friends and brought innumerable smiles through his beauty and his antics, including me. Thank you so much for sharing his videos. Bonky lives on, in spirit as well as on YouTube. God bless.

Bonky is the cutest cat and will always be. Seriously. He lives on in our hearts. And these videos just make me love him more and miss him more but they are the kind of videos you can watch over and over and you will still laugh at his cuteness. You mentioned you've never lost a close family member and that you assume it must be harder than this--but I must tell you, out of all the family members I've lost, losing my Blackie was the worst experience I've ever had and I even had prior notice to his passing. I can't imagine what it would be like to expect to come home and see a happy kitty, and have something so awful happen instead.
I'm glad you will be posting the rest of the footage. I look forward to seeing it. Kitties are the best.

Please consider carrying the spark that Bonky started forward and honor his love by making room for another kit that needs a home! You would not be trying to replace him, but taking his legacy forward.

Yeah. When ever I needed a good laugh I would always watch Bonky do his thing that he does best. Being just cutest and funniest little kitty on youtube. I'm consitering myself lucky that I tumbled across "I are even cuter kitten". If I didn't that I don't know what I would do. He's probably looking down on you guys and while smiling, he's probably like "yep, that was my family and I love them, and am very proud of them."

Please tell me what Bonky died from. I had 2, bought from a breeder, had to put 1 down from Kidney failure. He was only 2 yrs. The other Was a replacement because my 1st one died. I had paid 300.00 for him, for a pet only.No breeding.Since I worked for a Vet. My 1st fold, she wanted his heart, because she told me that this was the 1st time it had ever happened. I'm so sorry, Folds are special & different. I miss them both.

We hear so much about bad things happening but hearing you got so much support from strangers makes me feel we really are surrounded by love.
