Your items are returned to you after you are defeated.

At least there are no creepers to suprise.

I would like Terraria because of its interesting gameplay. I like the fact that it vaguely resembles Minecraft in crafting, mining and adventuring, and improves on it a whole lot. I would also like it so I can play with my friends that have already purchased the game. Another reason I want it is because I have Minecraft and kinda gets boring after playing it for so long. Until I find it good for me to go back to Minecraft, I could play Terraria and enjoy fighting monsters and mining for gold.
