People seem to forget that genetics play a great part in bodybuilding; this guy seems to just have less genetics for building good pecs. Remember: you cannot alter the shape of your muscles, the shape is already genetically programmed. You can however make your muscles grow in size, but if the basic shape is already bad, you can't alter the shape later on. This guy wouldn't even get a big "upper chest" if he worked out more.

That however has mostly to do with genetics than it has with training and nutrition.
