I got an old one from a friend and I cannot figure out how to get the bobbin to stay in place, never used one before, used to have a Bernina Nova. I wish you had showed the bobbin compartment.,,,,:(
Yes the first electronic Prisma machines from HQV came out in the 80's and it was the most advanced sewing machine of that time. In comparison to many of today's modern, computerized, mostly chinese made sewing machines, I prefer this over every new product. It was really an excellent machine and it is still working like on the first day.
This machine may seem a bit old now, but wen it was made it was a real success for Husqvarna. I remember that wen I first used a Husqvarna Prisma series I though it was great. Of course that was in 1994. But still these sowing machines are very good considering they are electronic machines.
