Well, everybody seems to know that The Carter IV isnt that great... But It's not like Watch the Throne is the album of the year. I mean, i would rate carter 4/10 and WTT 7.5/10. It's got amazing songs like this one and New Day, but it lacks the cohesiveness (did i wrote it right?) of MBDTF (that album is simply a masterpiece) and its all about how great they are and shit. He's gone beyond talking about the ghetto struggle and guns and drugs, because that isnt the life he is living anymore. I thought his verses were deep, he was talking about the pointlessness of black on black violence/beef cos they all have to make it and shouldn't be fighting against eachother: 'I’m out here fightin’ for you, Don’t increase my stress load'.

Well, everybody seems to know that The Carter IV isnt that great... But It's not like Watch the Throne is the album of the year. I mean, i would rate carter 4/10 and WTT 7.5/10. It's got amazing songs like this one and New Day, but it lacks the cohesiveness (did i wrote it right?) of MBDTF (that album is simply a masterpiece) and its all about how great they are and shit. Anyway, the beats are amazing and its a really enjoyable album nonetheless (except for Who Gon Stop Me, i hate it)
