@booshmaster82o I have no idea what the "official" meaning would be, but I'll tell you what I see when I watch this. I look at this like a dream, dreams are spoken in a language of symbols.

Part1: So right off the bat we see Bjork and she doesn't look happy, she's in huge truck; crushing insects and driving in the opposite direction of all the well dressed pedestrians.

She comes across the police (government) and businessmen (money), but no one seems to see her.

What I find interesting is that in dreams teeth are believed to represent talking and in particular telling the truth or being honest. More teeth symbolism as she enters the doctor in which an ape takes a literal diamond out of her mouth.

This reminds me of the expression "Diamond in the rough". she is dirty, unnoticed, yet possesses great wealth.

In summary, perhaps no one sees her value until they want to take advantage. Though she's "grotesque" to some, inside she's beautiful; just be careful because she has the power to destroy your worldview and if you fail to care you'll meet an "army of me"
