Yeah, that's Uptown Houston's Williams Tower (formally Transco Tower) waterwall. Its a cool place to be in Houston during the hot summers.

Thats at transco park, round the corner from the Galleria. You know that big spot light always flashin around at night(transco tower. This fall is right below it. We used to got there back in highschool and make out.
