@MissWorldChamp No, of course you don't have to pay! You just look up online where they are shooting that day. You go there at the time specified and if you are lucky, you will see them. I went two times already and it's so much fun! Yes, Blake Lively, Penn Badgley, Chace Crawford, and the rest of them are very nice and talks to their fans when they are on break. But when they are shooting, you cannot bother them and you have to stand in a certain place during that time. :-)

@MissWorldChamp haha Yes I actually went to the set by myself to check it out. It was my first time doing that so I was really nervous. But everything turned out great and I got to see all of the cast on set :-)
