  • Do you stick the window decals on or do you leave them clear PC and paint the black trim? Please reply today as I want to paint, decal and finish the car today, Thanks

  • @sammyrock0087 soz for late reply but i got it XB so it was already painted. i believe you just stick the decals on.

  • cool nd yeah none around here that i know of

  • @KingAcura1125 ok have fun

  • excuse me uh how much was this...where did you buy... does it come with battery, charger and remote please respond back.. Thank You

  • @KingAcura1125 This costed $300AUD. I bought it from Hearn's Hobbies. It comes with everything you need and is all built. It is ready to run.

  • @jwrx7tt01 Thanks So Much but one more question since I dont live anywhere close to Austalia, Was this pack called XB RTR? Because Im willing to buy one off of ebay and I want to make sure it has everything I need. Thank You.

  • @KingAcura1125 Where abouts do you live? yes this is an XB RTR (stands for Expert Built Ready To Run) and it has everything you need.

  • @jwrx7tt01 I live in Queens,NY/NYC Well, New York City lol

  • @KingAcura1125 No hobby stores around there? you can avoid issues like incompatible charger with your socket if you buy locally..

  • @KingAcura1125 i also live queens, cool

  • @jackapac1999 ah i think its just the sound of the not-very-slippery drift tires which were supplied with the car hooking up. I've taken this car apart and put it back together many times and didn't find anything loose so i think it should be fine. thanks anyway.:P

  • @jackapac1999 where is it rattling and how can i fix it?

  • @simonkiller123 $400~? i forgot soz. but it comes with everything you need.

  • where are you buy ?

  • @wawa971 i bought this at Hearns Hobbies. Its just outside Flinders Street Station.

  • hello, i have this car also it is a pretty good car im pretty noobish at drifting it too :D.

  • did the expert build come with a battery

  • Yes it comes witha 7.2V battery. All you need is 8X "AA" Batteries for the transmitter.

  • thanks a ton and where did u buy it?

  • I bought it at Hearns Hobbies in Melbourne, Australia.

  • and it came w the battery in the box? because other people have said it comes with out battery.

  • well the battey isn't exactly in the box. When i got mine, the LHS owner took a 7.2V NiCd 1500mah batteryof the shelf and gave it to me with the TT01. Wasn't charged for the battery.

  • ah that explains it. alright thanks

  • no problem.

  • also what is the straight line speed like with proper touring tuires on do you know?

  • Umm it's faster than you can run so i think its about 20-30 km/h or 15-18mph. Acceleration/top speed is easy to change by changing the pinion/spur gears and also the motor. =D

  • nice car mann i got one of these bbut donna what colour to do it what do ppl recomend?

  • totally up to you. I got mine yellow which i think looks good and also sort of resembles the yellow FD3S from Initial D. The TT01 kit says to use red pain which also looks good but i've seen some good silver examples around.

  • hey man!

    Nice vid 5/5

im planning to get this car!

  • ty but i was pretty noob in that vid. Yes i recommend you get the TT01D. I will be uploading a new vid with ABS tyres and more hop ups^^&.

  • na

im getting the TT-01 since the TT-01D is too expensive at my hobby shop and i live in australia. the TT-01 XB mazda RX7 is only $269 AU whilst a TT-01D is like 369..

  • Yeah, just get the TT-01 and buy drift tires and a faster motor and you're ready to drift.

  • when u bought it and open the box, it was completed? i mean if it was already built it? ill buy a RTR TAMIYA so i want to know that

  • XB means Expert Built which is equal to Ready To Run. So yes my TT01DXB was RTR.

  • belt drive

  • TT01D has a plastic driveshaft not a belt drive...

  • plan to, but why? the plastic shaft is really that bad?

  • get a aluminum shaft
