Can someone explain how it works the first time he does it, even after he shuffles the deck? Are they trick shuffles at the beginning that dont actually move the 4 top cards around?
Hey can u show me a tutorial-technic on how to fan out cards beacuse its perty hard for me and i think u explain alot better. Thnx i would really apreciate it
this is a very good card trick. it's so misunderstood by many beginners in youtube, when actually its so good. I like better the explanation that is given by Jean Hugard and Frederick Braé in "The Royal Road To Card Magic". They tell you how to focus the trick in a way that it interacts not only with the spectator, but with your routine. You are a great guru jtibo1, but I'd recommend you to explain how this trick can be implemented to a routine rather than saying how to just do it.
@jjpp1993 That is a great point! However, being a great magician is being original and innovative, so it would be better for them to discover themselves how they could use this in a routine perhaps and possibilities are endless. I agree with you on putting this into a routine, but my goal is to teach many tricks to enable them to develop their own unique routine. Thanks again for the constructive comment! Also, I'll take a look at Jean Hugard's explanation! Already read parts from the book
@jjpp1993 I've fount that no trick can stand on it's own and keep an audience engaged. That said, this trick is a wonderfull way to open a routine with aces. If twisted aces, fearsons aces, 4 card-4coin matrix are added to it, it would be an outstanding routine.
@0pi123 Well a variety of places. Most from books; however, I learn a lot from DVD's too. A lot of my tricks are also taught to me by fellow magicians. But, to answer your question concisely, I get tricks from EVERYWHERE!!! lol :-) Thanks for watching!
@kingedward001 This is new...to my channel and many new comers to magic. This is why it is under the "beginner" section and although it may be old for you, it may be new for many others. Thanks :-)
