I noticed the pictures from the Joey Bishop show. This is the only footage that I have not been able to find. I was told that it was not recorded, so where did the pictures come from? They were also interviewed by J.B. Does anyone know how pictures are found without the film?

She died from a brain tumor March 16, 1970. She was 24 years old. Marvin was very distraught.

@Dragging1Canoe no she did not. she collapsed on stage on oct. 14, 1967 singing with marvin. that effectively ended her live singing career. she was able to record some in the first half of 1968. she died on March 16, 1970 from an acorn sized cancerous brain tumor on her thalamus (inner brain)

she had to endure 8 brain surgeries over a span of 2.5 years.

Greatly missed. Marvin never really recovered from her death. they were very close, like brother/sister. he never sang with another partner.
