I'm 6'2", 275 lbs, and I rock back a little when I shoot my 44. Why are there all this videos with people pushing on the shooter's shoulder's? Put your weight on your front leg, and let yourself rock back with the shot. Otherwise you're trying to stop the gun from moving at all when it shoots, and that's not possible.
