I know this is a lot to grasp coming from assmuncher, but if we could put the name aside we can get to the facts. Rudy aka Ice got just under a million dollars from the movie company to produce the movie "Fear of A Black Hat" the movie only made just over $250,000 losing 75% of the money they put in to it, the movie company looked like a fool for giving Rudy almost a million dollars for a first time movie producer. That is why almost no one has heard of this movie.

After in being in theaters it was released on VHS, some people seen it on VHS, later it was released on DVD and a few more people seen it. I think it ran on TV a few times and a few more people seen it. That is why its kinda an underground film

The studio mishandled the movie and made the mistake of releasing it after CB4. Both are funny but CB4 is more silly and Fear.. is more satirical.

Cundieff's 1997 movie Sprung is an interesting look at romantic comedies. I saw it on cable last week.
