  • The premise of this speech is wrong. We don't necessarily ask about the nature of freedom because we feel unfree, and we don't always perceive the nature of our bondage. In fact, people can feel free even while being bound by their perceptions and misconceptions. As Goethe says, "None are so hopelessly enslaved as those who falsely believe they are free."

  • Too much intelect in your comment but very little experience. As Goethe says, in the case you feel free, you are hopelessly enslaved, now if you feel bound, you might then ask about how to free yourself. For those who question from this standpoint of wisdom the answer is given in this video
