CryEngine 3 does look better then CryEngine 2.

S.T.A.L.K.E.R. SoC and CS have a awesome graphic, as well as CoP have. And also i think it's a early version of the game, so the final need to look way better. All S.T.A.L.K.E.R. Games have a sick atmosphere and a great physic engine.

Clear sky is focusing in combat and faction war, rather than ammo scavenging with powerful mutants horror survival thing of SoC. still it has a good recapture scene of SoC survival Horror at red forest and agroprom undergound. CS wants to tell that s.t.a.l.k.e.r. was NOT just a horror game, that's why they added faction war system. and CoP will have a good shooting-action and scary as hell horror-survival, at least that's what i heard

The one thing I loved most about SoC was the underground sections. They were a ton of fun, if a bit luck-based (especially X-16/Red Forest).

It's kind of disappointing to hear they'll be even more reduced then they were in Clear Sky.

Thats what I missed the most in CS. The creepy underground fell that Soc had. I think the Stalker series could do with a bit more random locations to explore, like in Fallout 3. Like some labs or buildings with stories connected to it that don't really have to do with the main game story.

The game has such huge potential.
