Thank you. Is the idler pulley supposed to be loose in the frame or is their a way to tighten it better to the frame it looks the same as the one in this video

I did this job on my Whirlpool yesterday, but didn't catch this video until now. This could have saved me some extra steps, like removing the back panel, and removing the top deck lid hinge screws. Also, I could have avoided damaging one of the plastic catch tabs that hold the top down. And last but not least, could have saved me the 20 mins or so I spent trying to figure out how the idler assy is to be positioned, and how the belt is to be routed. MIne was just laying there on the bottom, LOL
