It amazes me how the JW's put so much emphasis on it, the average person that reads the Bible isn't going to think that past events have types and antitypes etc; Besides Jesus plainly said "the times and season"s are in his Fathers jurisdiction NOT ours!

I always disliked how much the watchtower really breed and train their followers that Jehovah prefers his followers in dresses or shirts, ties and coats. I really dislike dressing up and I am most comfortable in jeans and a pull over and it saddens me to think I anger god.

Yep, almost 2 billion hours a year and only 7 million Jehovah's Witnesses.. only proves that this is the religion that Satan is most focused on blinding people from paying any attention too it. See all the hate that most people show towards Jehovah's Witnesses on Youtube and off. It comes from people that know nothing at all what they are talking about and are clueless of truth other words people that don't have the heart condition are easy targets for Satan and easy to deceive.95% of the world!

For 7 million Jehovah's Witnesses preaching almost 2 billion hours a year is pretty impressive to me! No other religion does that. It proves that they don't lean upon their own understanding and faithfully do whats right according to JEHOVAH'S will. The Bible actually says that only a few will enter the Kingdom of God. The small portion of Jehovah's Witnesses and the ones becoming Jehovah Witnesses which probably equal 12-16 million people world wide is what... 5% of this entire world!

Because its going to take a lot more then a 4 minute video and a few clumsy words of your "opinion" on this religion to claim its wrong or what they are doing is wrong and not right. jehovah witness never shows that we are better than anybody else,what we teach is strictly base on the bible.we dont identify false religion or not.i see u have a lot of videos base on jehovah witnesses i will suggest that u setup a free study with the jehovah witness and get our understanding.

@slivenne All of my videos show that Jehovah's Witnesses do not, in fact, teach what is in the Bible. I would invite you to watch some more of my videos to see why this is the case. Also, I spent over 2 years in personal study with the Witnesses, and they were unable to answer my questions, which is one reason why i'm on here making videos.

@slivenne We studied out of "What does the Bible really teach." If JW's teach what is in the Bible, then where will Abraham, Isaac, Jacob, and all the prophets be according to Luke 13:28-29?

@theapologeticfront absolutly! the biblicable scriptures in our publication does support our teaching,the reason why we have publication is to elaborate or explain what the bible scriptures says,because many do read the bible but mostly dont understand what it means.

@slivenne May I suggest in your getting back to me that the answer is directly found in the text? That is, Abraham, Isaac, Jacob, and all the prophets will be IN...the kingdom of God. You don't even need to interpret the text, as the answer is plainly there.

If you ask me, You haven't been successful in dismantling anything the Watchtower has come out with. These people are the only group successfully pulling people from all races together in worship. They recognize Jesus AND his father. I respect them and is considering a Bible study again to finish it.

If he can answer to your satisfaction in that 1914 is the gospel that all true Christians MUST hold to today via solid biblical points, then there's not much more I could ever say to convince you. As far as the 1st cent and "specific dates" are concerned, CLEARLY you have not read Amos 3:7.

Matth 24:14 is all about the 1st cent is it?

Erm, what about the earthquakes, pestilences, nation vs nation wars, food shortages and so on that are prior to the end???

Thesed did not happen in the 1st cent but ARE happening today, please explain this dilemma/corner you have put yourself in?

Read some of Josephus' stuff...you'll be rather surprised to see some of the stuff that lead up to the downfall of Jerusalem. Immense famines, a meteor shaped like a sword hanging above Jerusalem in 68 AD, it was quite a scene.

For a fact, these events were minor in the 1st cent in comparison to today.

Right here, right now, ALL these scriptures are being fulfilled, the ONLY global organisation (fulfilling prophetic scripture) advetising this gospel are the JW's.

Who said that Matthew 24 had to be fulfilled globally? You do realize the word used for "world" in Matt 24:14 is οἰκουμένη(oikunemene) which describes the civilized part of the world inhabited by Greeks, not barbarians? It can also refer to the roman empire and it's subjects.

If Jesus REALLY wanted to indicate a global scale, he would have used "κόσμος"

(kosmos)which really does indicate the whole world. cont

@SOT cont I'll also say this: Whether or not your org is preaching stuff worldwide is irrelevant; you are preaching a "Jesus" that no one believed until the Fourth Century. If UR not preaching the true Jesus Christ, you are not preaching the true Gospel. I have 3 vids up on my channel called "Dismantling the WT: Another Jesus" where I demonstrate using postive and negative evidence, that the aposles weren't preaching the idea of a "created mighty god" Jesus. I can say from personal experience, that Christian groups who are very commited to their goals and ideology, and do not really have any connections with the broader world wide community of Christians, tend often to greatly over-estimate their own significance. When you leave such an organisation,and see it in a new light, from the outside, you realise that it is actually - relatively speaking - a tiny group alongside a great many others.

Bragging about preaching is wrong.

I don't think you can be "impressed". You have already made up your mind. Still I repeat bragging is wrong.

Others who see this may still be trying to make up their's.

You think that the prophecies of the OT were never consulted by Jewish leaders. That may be true to some extent. But how do you explain the Babylonian astrologers having for-knowledge of the Messiah's birth. It is clear they consulted Jewish prophecies, especially that of Daniel and Micah.

Daniel 12:1-4 shows that the true accurate knowledge of God's purpose when the time of the end is nigh, would become known. It is obvious that this is with the exception and inclusion of the NT. So until the time of the end, which I believe we are living in now, there has been little true knowledge available. False knowledge in the hands of Christendom and which you preach, flourished, ie, the trinity, hell fire, etc.

In this regard it is accurate to say JWs are the only ones preaching truth.

@nibornagrom there were numerous groups who had rejected the trinity,hellfire etc centuries before ct russel was alive go read ur proclaimers book. jesus simply said his returning to judge his slave would be unknown, he would be coming as a theif. the idea that from the scriptures u could pinpoint the date when the master would return would negate jesus words and make the scriptures invalid.

Daniel did just that, pinpoint the date for the Messiah's arrival, thus the Babylonian astrologers could calculate at about which time and where the Messiah would be born.

We can't know the Armageddon date, but we can, through the sign given his disciples (Matt. 24 and others) when the time of the end would arrive. That day is assuredly happening today. If you choose to ignore Jesus warning and the warning of the prophesied slave on earth, that is certainly your option.

@nibornagrom yes daniel did, but jesus himself said no one could pin point his return hence often in matthew chap24/25 he said keep on the watch for you do not know neither the day or the hour. there would be no need to keep awake if 1st century could pin point some date almost 2thousand years later. what we do today and everyday matters because the Lord can return at any moment. what happened in daniels time is not the same as the returning of the master in our time.

Mike, you say in the vid that the context points only to the temple destruction of 70ce. Are you reading the Christian Bible, Matthew 24? Really?

One of my Bible's, oh yea, all my Bible's read more or less,

"And as he sat upon the mount of Olives, the disciples came unto him privately, saying, Tell us, when shall these things be? and what shall be the sign of thy coming, and of the end of the world?" Matt. 24:3

This place the prophecy clearly @ Jesus's "coming' and "end of the world".

Recently i was "preaching" to an active JW online about traditional Christian beliefs; i initiated the convo. And to answer the points i made showing the WT is not God's channel, they said -- only we preach!! i was like - what?!!! Kind of ironic, LOL. I guess preaching = going door to door with the Watchtower.

Good message Mike. The organization is always wanting to look exclusive. Like they are the only Christians. One thing I've come to learn and appreciate is that real Christians share certain truths across denominations. The organization however attempts to distance itself from all others Christians, regardless of the cost. And the cost is that they become a cult by their insistence on their being only one true Religion. Religion is the problem. True Christianity isn't about a Religion.
