The difference between Sable and the rest of the divas, was she had "it", and majority of the girls now, don't.

Sable knew how to be aggressive, she knew how to be crisp with what she did, and she looked like a wrestler. She wasnt the greatest in the ring, but she was confident, and could fool you with how well she connected with her moves.

These girls can't do shit. Can't act, talk, be aggressive, and cant connect with moves to save their lives.

Sable has played both a face, and a heel, and was insanely over in both roles. Whether she was a bitch in real life or not, doesn't change the fact that she really make girls like Maria, Kelly, and others look pathetic without even trying.

Not saying all the divas today are bad though. There are great divas like Beth, Melina, Mickie, Natalya, etc. who are some of the best girls WWE has had in awhile.

Seriously though, even looking at WM...they rather have Vicki Gurerro in there winning with a big splash making a mockery of the divas, rather than have the talented divas on the main stage wrestling.

It's sad that the current roster of divas is possibly the most talented roster WWE has ever had overall, yet you wouldn't be able to tell with what they put on display.

On top of everything you said and I do agree with, the fan reaction in the 90s were very different compared to today. The fans in the 90s were very into the WWF as well as the announcers. Do you hear the excitement in Ross' and Lawler's voices as they call this match? You don't hear any excitement from them today.

@SFFL1996 I don't agree with this. Sable was bad on the mic. She was one of the worst in the ring ever. It has to do more with the fact that the writers built Sable up over time. They didn't just throw her in the ring randomly with no purpose. She had reason for her character and had an even better heel (Luna) to help get her over and make her look good. Today's women are good (some of them) and they have "it", but WWE doesn't give them storylines/real feuds/reason to be there.

@BxRadimus Sable was far from one of the worst in the ring ever, infact almost everything she did, was very crisp. For a woman with probably 5 months of training in both runs combined, she was pretty damn good I'd say.

As far as mic work goes, that's a matter of opinion. I will say though, minus the fued with Steph where they shared the mic often, Sable was given almost all the mic work to carry the fued...take that for what you will.

I love Sable (i'm a huge fan) But i admit she wasn't the best in the ring. But i do think she's better than half the divas there today like (Kelly, Layla, Maria, Rosa, Bella's). Love 2 see her back 1 day :)

Sable & Trish are perfect example of how WWE should do a diva. They both clicked with fans and everything just worked. Both could do well in the ring (Trish was better, IMHO. Sable was at her best in kickboxing/street style fights). However the key is always a good Foe. Sable took ov a lot of people - Luna, Jackie, Tori - even Mark Mero.

Still this day,I haven't heard such a roar from the crowd like I did when Sable came out.Even,Sunny didn't get a POP like that.That's one of the reasons she was so jealous.Sable was the TOP DIVA.Yeah,she wasn't the best wrestler,wasn't as good as Jacqueline,but she was very entertaining,and very beautiful.

Um...you need to take a look at some Sable videos here on YouTube,because her "pop" was way stronger than Sunny's as time went on.Even Sunny herself noticed it,or she wouldn't have been as jealous as she was.

I love Luna & Sable. Wish the WWE would bring them back. They had a real life fued going on aswell. Luna & Sable did not like each other! & i so agree with the comment that allthough Sable isn't the best wrestler. She was so entertaining! see thats the thing though, sable wasn't really a wrestler at first she was a valet but she knew how to fight. the knew karate and used it in the ring a lot. she was feisty as hell and held her own even when she was in them hooker heels. now against beulah and francine...i'll keep my mouth shut lol

The WWF/WWE was great when there were only about 5 women in the company. Now there are lik 20 girls and most of them are just models and can't wrestle...Sable did not plan on wrestling she was just planning to be a manager....things changed and she trained and became an awesome entertainer! Everytime Sable's music hit everyone jumped up and cheered! How many diva's actually had the crowed cheering there names? Only a couple that I know of...Sable and Lita. Sable was one of the best...like Austin
