just what I meant))) once again, as you said, that was his opinion and my opinion is that there is lack of foundation) and a certain lack of knowledge, too - considering the comment about girls on backing vocals. I'd like to hear him sing, that's it. Nothing else was implied.

hehe, that's how we understand that we're taught the wrong things at universities here))) This phrasal verb seems to be British and means "criticize harshly" =))) Sorry, not my fault - the Collins dictionary says so, too))

Hmm...I'm sorry but don't you think that we are in no right to judge the voices of a vocalist or background singers, let alone advising some stuff like that? Maria has been a part of the band since its creation and it doesn't seem polite to critisize her singing...They all pushed themselves to the limit, soooo...we can only thank them all for this long-longed-for reunion with DC and be grateful for the emotions they shared with people =)

That's really good that you have a trained ear and can hear the flaws in music, but...i suppose that it would be much better and much more useful if you used this ability for the sake of your own band =)

And Maria WAS doing the backing vocals in that tour, watch the videos if 1996 once again =)
