My Flashed/ Debranded W580i, with Flash Menus!

If you bought your phone from at&t, t-mobile, etc - it is branded, if you bought your phone from sony ericsson-it is not branded. you still would have to flash your phone to get the flash themes to work on your phone. My brother has a sony ericsson that is unbranded but not flashed, and the themes wouldn' work on his.

@redstar749 SORRY NOOB QUESTION here.. So.. if i got my phone from AT&T its already branded right? therefore i dont have to debrand it? i just have to install flash and add somes themes?

text for free, no.....but i do have free wifi on my phone using bluetooth

I just debraned my w580i today! It had overlapping menus, and the resolution messed up..but i went into menu/settings/general/update software or search or something like that..and in about 8 min later it started up with a nice SE logo and everything!

But where did you get your themes??

I only have the basic 4

yes! i wouldn't have modded my phone if there were features i couldn't use anymore after doing so. check out my newest vid.

where did you download all of your themes?

You want to find out what the size of your screen is, (you can google the screen size for your phone to find out) and then look for flash menus for your screen size. My screen is 240x320. So I would google "Flash Menus 240x320."

when i did it, the menu comes up really small in the middle of the screen, how can i get it full screen like ur phone

You'll need the original Firmware. Which also means it needs to be debranded
