Just type Denis Cyplenkov training. Another type of people who works on their forearms and grip strength much are rock climbers.

I broke my arm 3 weeks ago doing arm wrestling with a friend, thinking it was just a game and not taking any precaution whatsoever. Had an operation 2 weeks ago and now I am waiting impatiently to fully recover... Feel so silly to end up like that. But at least it allowed me to discover a new discipline I knew nothing about before. This guy Denis, and the other John Brzenk are really impressive and definitely I think now arm wrestling isn't something one can laugh about based on cliché !
