The be honest, the bathroom is pretty much one of the cleanest places in a normal well kept household. Think of it, u use disinfectants, sprays, bleaches, wipes, and thats clean water in the toilet, drinking no but still the same water use to clean ur hands with, as well as those drop thingys that people put in the tank inside the toilet. But still doesn't excuse the fact that he's playing in one, just pointing out the whole germ thing.
