there are two different versions of the game, the american version and the european version. the honda civic is only in the american version. if you have the european version, changing the language to english won't make the civic appear.

you must be playing the european version. the honda civic is only available ins the american version of the game.

are you american or english? the civic is only in the american version of need for speed underground 2. in the european version there are a Corsa instead of the Civic. (i'm brazilian, so i don't know if answered in the right form, sorry)
