Just because you can replicate it, does not mean it is fake. However, I would agree that almost all evidence, or even all evidence on this show is fake. Employees have gone public stating that they faked evidence, and they have been caught faking evidence as well. Ghost Adventure faked all 3 evidence videos they released on the Maury Povich Show. These shows are to make money, and therefore you can't believe any evidence. Especially when they continuously release faked evidence.

Ghosthunters and Taps have been to Spain and other countries and in most cases the ghosts speak english but not all. even when deceased were apparently Spanish individuals. I've also seen one show where they did document a cat ghost on video which to me was refreshing to see bcuz it was atypical. If you believe the show ghosts aren't only human. Why no paleolithic,Neanderthal ghosts?My fave and most believable shows are about Paranormal kids. Their reactions are so base thus believable.

One small problem with your demonstration. The chair in the original video doesnt move towards the door. It moves more towards the middle and right or the room. Had they simply pulled on it with a string it would have moved towards the door like your chair did.

While watching it on TV, after he gets up, put your finger on the crossbraces of the chair. Keep it there until it supposedly moves. It is in the exact place it was. The camera was just focusing. The second scene moves in some so it is harder to see.

even if they didn't pull a string from the door way, the footage is so dark and grainy that someone could of easily been across the room and pulled it toward them and still remained hidden.

@mskiara101 thats true but this show is such crap. there was a Halloween episode where one of the investigators had the hood of his jacket pulled by an unseen force but we later find out by watching the clip over and over again that he was actually messing around with the hood shortly before it gets mysteriously yanked and his hand was in his pocket everytime it got yanked. If you look at exactly how the chair moved, the right front leg is the one that moves most. It looks like the movement is centered on that leg, which is consistent with that specific leg being pulled by a string. In addition, the back legs of the chair move towards the wall and to the left, which is consistent with the right front being the source of the pulling. You would think that if a ghost was hanging around, it would at least tug at more than one of the chair's legs.
Well the problem with that reenactment is that the chair turned, toward the door. Rewatch the lighthouse footage. The chair moves forward, not towards the door. Explain, even using fishing line (which Jay and Grant discuss on the show, by the way) how the chair could move forward without having something up there to wrap it around in front of it, which earlier footage shows that there is nothing up there.

Hang on...If you are dumb enough to buy every series of ghost-hunters on DVD, that STILL doesn't mean they have committed fraud even if they KNOWINGLY faked every piece of "Evidence". I explain it by the reflect of the little light. By that reflection, I do a little experience with a light and an mirror for found the direction of the chair's turning.

That's due to the pulley effect force being applied on the pull by Grant. You showed if there was some fishing line, the chair would be pulled with one leg being favored, and thus turning the chair, the chair in the taps footage was NOT turned at all. pulling the chair around a corner would also have pulled the chair closer to the door, and the GH footage shows it having a linear path. No turning and a linear path means your footage debunked your own theory.

Perhaps a demostration(a video) of how a chair can be move by something attached like strings or ropes of various sizes may help others better understand the consept that may make this sort of activity fraudulent.

If you actually watched the whole episode (or if you did, u should have paid attention) to the fact that they even stated if it was fishing line, or some sort of line connected to the chair, it would have been visible due to the IR on the camera and the material that the line is made out of (shinny material..) It would be as easy to spot the line in that video as it is to spot the line in a lake on a sunny day.. the light would reflect off it, making it visible...

If you look at exactly how the chair moved, the right front leg is the one that moves most. It looks like the movement is centered on that leg, which is consistent with that specific leg being pulled by a string. In addition, the back legs of the chair move towards the wall and to the left, which is consistent with the right front being the source of the pulling. You would think that if a ghost was hanging around, it would at least tug at more than one of the chair's legs.

Well the problem with that reenactment is that the chair turned, toward the door. Rewatch the lighthouse footage. The chair moves forward, not towards the door. Explain, even using fishing line (which Jay and Grant discuss on the show, by the way) how the chair could move forward without having something up there to wrap it around in front of it, which earlier footage shows that there is nothing up there.

You showed if there was some fishing line, the chair would be pulled with one leg being favored, and thus turning the chair, the chair in the taps footage was NOT turned at all. pulling the chair around a corner would also have pulled the chair closer to the door, and the GH footage shows it having a linear path. No turning and a linear path means your footage debunked your own theory.

If you actually watched the whole episode (or if you did, u should have paid attention) to the fact that they even stated if it was fishing line, or some sort of line connected to the chair, it would have been visible due to the IR on the camera and the material that the line is made out of (shinny material..) It would be as easy to spot the line in that video as it is to spot the line in a lake on a sunny day.. the light would reflect off it, making it visible...
