  • thanks

  • thank you! i passed my driving test but my only errors was steering control now i know how to control the steering wheel correctly!

  • So Helpful Thanks

  • Use this technique to please your driving instructor and pass your test, then you need never use it again.

  • You have the steering wheel on the wrong side! :D

  • @dansmid666 He's in the UK. They drive on the other side of the road!

  • @simonizer888 I know! It was a "joke".

  • @dansmid666 No problem. =o)

  • Very useful.

I find it easy and real comfortable, this tehnique.

They didn't teach me anything like that at drving school.

Got my license just a month ago...

  • Why move both hands to the top in preparation? Your losing control. You wouldn't move both hands when rock climbing!!!!!!

  • thanks!

  • thanks mate

  • oouucchhh dry steering *cringe*

  • I use the Hand over hand technique

Theres a billion ways to park and steer. The best way is to the one your comfortable with and is the safest. One is not better than the other

  • if the car is not power string this method comes to failuire

  • @momokoko37 thats not tue actually, i used to dive an old mini and i never had any problems turning even at low speeds... as long as you arent totally weedy.

  • he loves that steering wheel too much

  • If steering is this complicated to the poster, maybe he ought not to be driving.

I can move my steering wheel lock to lock without even using my fingers. I make a hand like I'm Karate chopping the steering wheel and letting the friction from my naturally sweaty hand to Karate chop steer the wheel.

  • my tutorial for turning the wheel...

    step one) turn the wheel

step two) if needed turn it more or less

    step three) ????

    step four) PROFIT!

  • Is it honestly that hard to steer?

  • how did I get here from searching drifting videos?

  • I turn way to, wide someone kill me now :-(

  • @Mircea020 Agree

  • thats a lovely Irish accent!!!

  • Thanks this is best tips

  • iam glad to see how it's so easy to steer the vehicle. thanks man for showing all techniques

  • im glad you showed me this because i just realized my dad drives just like this l0l.

  • Must be new driving style. I've always learned the cross-over technique.

Or just get one of those "fork lift" sticks you can put on the wheel :)

  • Hilarious! watching this man stroke this poor wheel to death! I really need to do a voice over on this! And they say us americans are weird!

  • I thought it was bad turning your wheel when you aren't moving. its terribly bad for the tires

  • Actually crossing the hands aren't wrong. It's the other right way to do it out of 2.

  • @GenuineRuksadindan That what i learned too, but seems they have changed it because of the risk of airbag smashing your arms in your face

  • @Zingjan I always wondered why that was the case, both my parents drive with crossed arms and when i tell them that's incorrect they tell me thats how they were taught.

  • @Zingjan Of course..you have to adapt to the situations.

  • Thank you very much :)

  • thanks alot

  • thanx phoenix98. appreciated

  • cheers, great tutorial :)

  • I just took driving license like this week I had three of them and the instructor I had said to cross your hands when you were making either a left or right turn. I automatically turn the steering wheel the same way as you in the video. My instructor said when you turn a corner you can't do that, he said I shouldn't be on the road if I don't know how to turn a steering wheel.

  • @coololds85 thanx for the comments. If your instructor said that he's wrong. It's about your ability to always be in control of the car. maybe your instructor shouldnt be one.

  • nice clockwork haha!!!!!!!!!!!
